 so easy.\n\nIn this Connection Circle\, we’ll talk about the people we l
 ean on when life gets hard\, why we sometimes choose to go it alone\, and 
 what makes a strong support system- from friends and family to community a
 nd professional support.\n\nJoin us for an honest conversation about askin
 g for help\, showing up for each other\, and building the kind of support 
 system that makes life a little easier to navigate.\n\nYou’ll be in smal
 l breakout groups (3–4 guys) for real conversation with like-minded men.
