We all compare ourselves. Our bodies. Our relationships. Our careers. Even how happy we think we should be.

And thanks to social media and a seemingly endless supply of people to compare ourselves to, there’s always someone to measure ourselves against.

In this Connection Circle, we’ll talk about why comparison is so hard to escape, what it does to our self-esteem, and why someone else’s life can so easily become the measuring stick for our own.

Join us for an honest conversation about the comparison trap, and how we can spend a little less time measuring up and a little more time actually enjoying our own lives.

You’ll be in small breakout groups (3–4 guys) for real conversation with like-minded men.

Expect to:
→ feel more seen and understood
→ feel more connected to other gay men
→ feel lighter and more like yourself

No pressure to overshare. Just show up and be part of the conversation.
