SUMMARY:Rewriting Your Relationship to Masculinity
DESCRIPTION:For many gay men\, masculinity can feel complicated. We’re of
 ten taught\, directly or indirectly\, that who we are isn’t “masculine
  enough”… or that we need to perform masculinity in a certain way to b
 e accepted\, desired\, or respected. Over time\, this can lead to comparis
 on\, shame\, disconnection\, or trying to fit into a mold that was never t
 ruly ours.\n\nIn this connection circle\, we’ll explore your personal re
 lationship to masculinity\, how it’s been shaped\, where it may feel res
 trictive\, and what it would look like to redefine it on your own terms.\n
 \nThis is a space to unpack the pressure\, reconnect with your authentic e
 xpression\, and begin relating to yourself\, and other men\, from a place 
 of more freedom\, self-trust\, and wholeness.\nOverview\nGay Men’s Broth
 erhood Connection Circles are for gay men wanting a safe place to converse
  and share personal experiences. Connect directly with other members of th
 e community in a small\, intimate virtual setting.\n\nThe Connection Circl
 es will foster conversation\, collaboration and support from your fellow
  brothers. Our intention for this offering is to create a safe space where
  we can get to know one another more intimately and alleviate the loneline
 ss and disconnection we see so much in ourselves and our community.\n\nHer
 e's how the connection circles will work:\n\nWe will gather in one large g
 roup and the facilitator will review ground rules and offer a topic with s
 ome discussion questions. We will then break off into small pods of 3 wher
 e you can share personal experiences\, insights\, ask questions\, or provi
 de support to others - just like we do on the Gay Men Going Deeper podcas
 t!\n\nThis is perfect for those of you who are too shy to speak up in the 
 large groups during our sharing circles. Smaller groups allow for people t
 o take the time to get to know one another where friendships can form. Thi
 s is also a great opportunity to connect with people that you might not o
 therwise connect with because the pods will be assigned randomly.\n\nUnli
 ke our Sharing Circles\, there is an expectation to share at this event in
