  us down or second-guesses everything we do… and yet we rarely stop to q
 uestion it.\n\nThis Connection Circle is a grounded\, non-judgmental conve
 rsation about the inner critic and how it quietly shapes your confidence\,
  boundaries\, relationships\, and sense of self.\n\nTogether\, we’ll loo
 k behind the curtain of your inner dialogue — especially how you speak t
 o yourself under pressure — and explore what shifts when you start havin
 g your own back instead.\n\nTalking about the inner critic with others oft
 en brings unexpected relief\, perspective\, and a sense of lightness: “O
 h… it’s not just me.”\nOverview\nGay Men’s Brotherhood Connection 
 Circles are for gay men wanting a safe place to converse and share persona
 l experiences.\n\nThe purpose of these Connection Circles are to give you 
 a chance to connect directly with other members of the community in a smal
 l\, intimate virtual setting.\n\nThe Connection Circles will foster conver
 sation\, collaboration and support from your fellow brothers. Our intentio
 n for this offering is to create a safe space where we can get to know one
  another more intimately and alleviate the loneliness and disconnection we
  see so much in ourselves and our community.\nHere's how the connection ci
 rcles will work:\nWe will gather in one large group and the facilitator wi
 ll review ground rules and offer a topic with some discussion questions. W
 e will then break off into small pods of 3 where you can share personal ex
 periences\, insights\, ask questions\, or provide support to others - just
  like we do on the Gay Men Going Deeper podcast!\n\nThis is perfect for th
 ose of you who are too shy to speak up in the large groups during our shar
 ing circles. Smaller groups allow for people to take the time to get to kn
 ow one another where friendships can form. This is also a great opportunit
 y to connect with people that you might not otherwise connect with because
  the pods will be assigned randomly.\n\nUnlike our Sharing Circles\, there
  is an expectation to share at this event in the small pods.\n\nLooking fo
